Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48 hour processing period between that day & the following business day. Once your processing period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days which gives you a total of 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. If you'd like to cancel your order for a full refund before your order ships, contact customer service.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK

return & exchange policy
We offer a return policy on UNOPENED hair extensions within seven days of receiving your order. All returns must be in its original packaging and seals must remain intact.
Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.
COLORED HAIR SUCH AS OMBRE, DYED OR BLEACH HAIR CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!
